Srinivas (Ravi Teja) is very popular in his village as Dubai Seenu. He has dreams of going to Dubai to earn lots of money. However, Seenu and his friends reach Mumbai get cheated by a fraudster Nagalingam (Venu Madhav). After realizing that they were cheated, the friends start a Pav Bhaji center with the help of Patnaik (Krishna Bhagavaan), who is also a fraudster.
Madhumati (Nayantara), who was working as an RJ, goes to Mumbai in search of her brother. Seenu meets Madhu in a local train and loses his heart. Luckily, she surfaces right before his Pav Bhaji center. Seenu dares to propose his love, but Madhu does not reply and disappears. While Seenu was in search of Madhu, he meets Chakri (J. D. Chakravarthy). In fact, Seenu helps Chakri, who loved Puja (Neha Bamb), and got them married. Chakri and Puja promise Seenu to help him to go to Dubai. They make all arrangements. They too plan to return to Hyderabad to repay the loan borrowed by Chakri’s father for his education. Just before leaving the office, Neha finds that their boss is none other than Jinna Bhai (Sushant Singh) the most wanted mafia don in India.
Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavanigalum
Tamil, Malar and Esakki are three friends who are planning to kidnap Isabella, Tamizh’s girlfriend, who is being forced by her rich father to marry against her wishes. Chakkaravarthy enters the scene as main villain.
The village chairman Kalingarayan (Sakthivel) and his son Rajappa (Uday Prakash) spread terror among the villagers. Whereas Kattabomman (Sarath Kumar) is an angry man who cannot tolerate injustice. He was brought up by his grandfather (Nagesh) and his widowed mother. His family and Kalingarayan’s family are in a feud for several years. Kattabomman falls in love with Kalingarayan’s daughter Priya (Vineetha) and he gets married to her without their family’s wishes. In angry, his grandfather tells their past. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.
Kyun Ho Gaya Na
Diya (Aishwarya Rai) is an intelligent university student with strong views on love and marriage. She spends much of her time at an orphanage in Coorg, helping her “Uncle” (Amitabh Bachchan) with the children living there. The story begins when Diya travels to Mumbai to write exams. While there, she stays with her father’s friend, and meets their lighthearted, free spirited son, Arjun (Vivek Oberoi). His views on love and life are completely different to hers. The pair start spending an increasing amount of time with each other and throughout all their arguments and conversations, they soon fall in love. Diya is more open about professing her feelings, while Arjun is reluctant and does not disclose his true intentions. Diya is left feeling heartbroken.
Va Va Nilave
The film starts in a courtroom where a woman Janaki (Meena) is fighting for divorce from her husband Pandian (Kamal Haasan). She offers various reasons for wanting a divorce. She has married Pandian against the wishes of her rich father Vishwanathan Iyer (Gemini Ganesan). But she isn’t able to come to terms with living in Pandian’s small house without amenities. Pandian is an assistant dance director with a modest income and is not able to spend much time with the family. All this accumulates and Janaki decides to apply for divorce, which is granted. The court orders that Pandian can meet his daughter Barathi, once a week and this is his only solace. His daughter, however, loves him a lot and doesn’t like the arrangement. Basha (Nassar), Pandian’s Muslim friend who works in a hotel as a chef, advises him to steal his daughter from Janaki. Pandian goes about trying to do as his friend suggests. In doing so, he is discovered; and now he cannot meet her at all. Then Pandian finds out that Vishwanathan Iyer has advertised for a woman to look after his granddaughter. Joseph (Nagesh) is a makeup man in films. In conversation with him, Pandian gets the idea of playing an old woman, so that he can be with his child and ex-wife without knowing them. Joseph agrees to this plan and the transformation is done from Pandian to “Avvai Shanmugi”– (also Kamal Haasan) a dignified, elderly Iyer woman, who is hired to take care of the little girl.
Ninaive Oru Sangeetham
Pasupon, right in the heart of the Tamil campaign. Marudhu (Vijayakanth), farmer with a big heart, stays the up its elder sister Vallikannu (Srividya) married to a good-for-nothing, Chinnukaruppandevar (Goundamani), as well as his niece, foster daughter, beautiful Pandhimeena (Radha). Because one day, Meena, accompanied with her mother, asks for an explanation to the one who deceives with his father, this one throws her of out of the house. Marudhu learns by Gowryshankar, the sad episode, where Sandhiya had to be her daughter-in-law and finally it did not come true because his son left in the lurch them at the last moment. Since the old man denied him and set under his wing Sandhiya. Marudhu promises to him at this moment, when she will be his wife, to the immense happiness of this one. But Meena surprises the lovers without their knowledge. Later, Marudhu explains to Meena and to her elder sister, the tragic past of Sandhiya and cannot thus start again, at the moment its word.
