MaMaKiKi is a film about four friends who studied together in college. They meet at a reunion in college after 5 years of graduation. What has happened in everyone’s lives in the 5 years forms the structure of the film.

Contract killer AKP (R. Amarendran) and his two sidekicks (one of which is a driver that does a full 360-degree flip from the car window and opens the door, allowing AKP to exit from the passenger seat) arrive at a club. The group walks into the club and starts showing their power before reaching their table. A finger with a ring is placed on the table. Pandian (Vishnu Vishal) considers himself unlucky. All his efforts to come up in life end on wrong side. He approaches AKP and urges to kill him. A shocked AKP is initially hesitant. Soon, he decides to give him some time. Hence, he gives Pandian some money and entrusts him with a job of turning a human bomb, a job that he should execute within 20 days. Life changes for Pandian after he meets Vaishnavi (Piaa Bajpai). They fall in love with each other. When Pandian decides to go tell AKP that he would rather prefer to live, he gets a rude shock: AKP and his men are found murdered. The blame falls on Pandian. Meanwhile, Vaishnavi gets kidnapped by a gang for a big deal. It is chaos and confusion everywhere, before Pandian sets things right.

The Heist of the Century
The film starts with Shakeel (Rahul Dev) killing his own brother for information, which is also known to Veeru Dada (Kolla Ashok Kumar). In the encounter, Veeru jumps off into a river from a cliff. After 18 years, we have Veeru with a leg cut off giving info to Raja (Mahesh Babu), a mischievous thief who robs banks in style. Raja gives Veeru a share of 50% for all his tip offs. Raja becomes more daring as the price tag on his head increases by thousands. There is another mischievous thief Panasa (Bipasha Basu). She and her uncle follow Raja so she can dupe him and escape with all the looted money. As the things go on a frolicking way between Panasa and Raja, Shakeel is searching for Veeru. Veeru realizes Shakeel will kill him soon. Hence, Veeru offers a big diamond to Raja and asks him to escort his daughter Bhuvana (Lisa Ray) to his brother Dharma’s place.

Kumbudraen Saamy (Arya) is a skilled thief who cons people for a living. His cross-eyed half-brother Walter Vanangamudi (Vishal Krishna)is not so good at at the same trade. They are born to the same father but to different mothers. The two men quarrel frequently and Saamy often pokes fun at Walter’s shortcomings. Highness (GM Kumar) as he is dearly called by the brothers is a local zamindar who enjoy’s the company of both Saamy and Walter and takes an affinity toward them and treats them as his own family. Once, a masked Walter breaks into Police Constable Baby’s (Janani Iyer) house, but she recognizes the man and thwarts his attempt to rob them. Later they develop a fondness for each other, mostly born out of Walter’s childish nature and submission to Baby’s persuasiveness. Saamy too develops a relationship with Thenmozhi (Madhu Shalini) who cons him by giving him her fake gold bangles.

Charles, an aspiring cricketer, is willing to give up his career for the sake of his girlfriend, Karthika. Their lives take a turn when Karthika is kidnapped by a gang of thugs.
Aathi (Silambarasan) and Meera (Trisha Krishnan) fall in love after the usual playful tiffs. On a visit to a friend’s village for his marriage, the two of them help the friend stand up against his father and wed his sweetheart instead of the girl his father had fixed up his marriage with. With all these things, Aathi’s father (Raghuvaran) arranges a marriage for him. After a big confusion, Aathi and Meera are together.
Raasaiyya (Prabhu Deva) lives with his grandfather, Shyamsunder (Vijayakumar), a kind-hearted and honest man in a small town in rural Southern India. Shyamsunder is very easy-going and permits Raasaiyya in indulge in all kinds of precocious activities. When young and beautiful Anita (Roja) comes to stay for a few days with Shyamsunder, both Raasaiyya and she fall in love with each other, and would like to get married. But Raasaiyya is unable to assert himself, and Anita’s marriage is arranged with a U.S. settled groom. Shyamsunder would like to present a decent dowry for Anita, which includes a priceless diamond necklace. Unable to bear his separation from his sweetheart, Raasaiyya decides to tell Shyamsunder about this, but before he could do so, he finds out that his biological mother, Madhavi (Raadhika), is still alive, but will not have anything to do with him. Watch what happens when Raasaiyya finally meets her and finds out the secret why she abandoned him in his childhood.
The film is set in North Madras area where a Settu (Atul Kulkarni) used to employ Guna (Sampath Raj) for car seizure before he is double crossed by Burma (Michael Thangadurai), who takes over the hot-seat. Burma is aided by his girlfriend Kalpana (Reshmi Menon) and sidekick Boomer (Karthik Sabesh). Their mission is to seize 28 cars for Settu and raise money so that Burma can marry Kalpana. Meanwhile another gang of robbers led by a lady killer gets involved, leading to chase, abduction, double cross and killing.
