The film is set in North Madras area where a Settu (Atul Kulkarni) used to employ Guna (Sampath Raj) for car seizure before he is double crossed by Burma (Michael Thangadurai), who takes over the hot-seat. Burma is aided by his girlfriend Kalpana (Reshmi Menon) and sidekick Boomer (Karthik Sabesh). Their mission is to seize 28 cars for Settu and raise money so that Burma can marry Kalpana. Meanwhile another gang of robbers led by a lady killer gets involved, leading to chase, abduction, double cross and killing.

The story begins with a wedding having the bride, but the groom Guru (Chaams) is missing. The bride then decides to call Guru’s friend, Billa (Vinay Rai), who does not know where Guru is. A flashback then begins.
Running away from their lives due to various problems involving them, Billa, Ranga (Sathyan Sivakumar), and Kochadaiyaan (Aravind Akash), who are good friends, decide to live a bachelor life. However, before they head off, they decide to invite their good friend Guru. Despite the fact that Guru’s wedding is in a few days time, he decides to join in the gang. The four friends then take an oath to live a bachelor’s life and not reveal the truth that they are married. When they reach the city of Bangalore, they approach Charles (Premgi Amaren), a college mate of theirs who is now a multimillionaire. Charles at first was scared of them as the four of them teased him in college. After a change of mind, he decides to help them live their bachelor’s life and bring them to a party. At the party, they see a model Sanjana (Lakshmi Rai), who danced with them. After the party, Charles brings them to a private condominium where they stay. At the condo, they see Sanjana. The four of them try their best ways to get Sanjana as their girlfriend.

The movie starts with Raghu (Jai) trying to kill his father for not taking good care of his family. That is when he comes to know that he owns an ancestral property in Kasi which was given as lease almost 100 years ago. At the same time, an IT raid takes place in a minister’s house. The minister hands the laptop having his property detail to his auditor, who demands 5 crores to hand over the laptop. In Kasi, Raghu’s ancestral property is taken care by Seenu (Jiiva), but he is unsuccessful. It is then showed that Seenu and Raghu had been cheated by Ganesh (Shiva). They move to Karaikudi to get hold of Ganesh and get back their money. Meanwhile, the minister starts his journey to get back the laptop. How Raghu and Seenu get back their money and how the minister gets back the laptop forms the rest of the story.

Shashi Godbole is a homemaker who makes and sells laddoos as a home-run business. Her husband Satish and daughter Sapna take her for granted, mock her poor English skills, and generally treat her with disrespect, making Shashi feel negative and insecure. However, her young son, Sagar loves her as she is, and her mother-in-law offers her words of sympathy.
Shashi’s older sister Manu, who lives in New York, invites Shashi’s family to her daughter Meera’s wedding to Kevin. It is decided that Shashi will go to New York alone five weeks before the wedding to help Manu organize. Her husband and children will join her as the wedding approaches. During her flight to New York, Shashi is given inspirational advice by a fellow passenger (Amitabh Bachchan in Hindi/Ajith Kumar in Tamil). While Shashi is in New York, she has a traumatic experience at a cafe due to her inability to communicate in English. She is comforted by a French chef Laurent who happened to be queuing up behind her at the cafe.
Using the money she made from selling laddoos, Shashi secretly enrolls in a conversational English class that offers to teach the language in four weeks, showing her resourcefulness at navigating an unfamiliar city alone. The class comprises David Fischer, the instructor; Eva, a Mexican nanny; Salman Khan, a Pakistani cab driver; Yu Son, a Chinese hairstylist; Ramamurthy, a Tamil software engineer; Udumbke, a closeted African-Caribbean man; and Laurent. Shashi quickly becomes a promising and committed student, earns everyone’s respect with her charming behavior and her cuisine, and gains self-confidence. Laurent becomes attracted to Shashi. When he tries to kiss her at the rooftop of a building, Shashi rejects him and runs off, but fails to explain that she is married.

Angered, she drives home her horse-driven carriage, almost meets with an accident, but is rescued by Maalya. She then decides to make Maalya her Senapati, and also invites Vidyapati to her palace. Maalya accepts the position, Vidyapati accepts the invitation but humiliates her even more and she has him imprisoned. Little do these three know that their live have seen improvements mainly due to Sage Narad’s mischievous prompting of Devi Maas’ Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Parvati, in a bid to find out who is more powerful of these three. These three mortals must now enter into a conflict and each must do their best to prove whether Knowledge (Saraswati), Wealth (Lakshmi), or Strength (Parvati) reigns supreme.

But the circus had a fire accident and Guddu runs loose around the city which causes the citizens run in terror. However Motu rescues his city from the lion by eating samosas and caged the lion. Motu asks about the lion. The lion explained and requested them to put him in the forest. But Chingam officer says to put him in the national park. Meanwhile, in the forest the animals were enjoying. Three monster cars captured some animals so the animals sought the help of the lion. however lion manages to rescue the animals and they ran off. But a man named Narsimha manages to arrest the lion and some other animals. A girl from his gang slaps him with the mosquito bat. meanwhile Motu and patlu takes the lion in a jeep and rests in a forest. it became night. Morning Narsimha came down from the helicopter and teased the lion. It became so angry. Narsimha blackmailed the Lion and he cut the rope of the caged vehicle and the vehicle is about to fall from the hill. but lion manages to escape and rescues the animals. the animals made them run away from that place. meanwhile, guddu thinking to escape from there. so he acts like a dead lion and manages to escape.

Chotta (Daniel Balaji) is a terrorist, known for bombing various places in the past. He is currently jailed in a prison in Uttar Pradhesh, India. He escapes the jail by planting a bomb there and moves to various cities across India, while planting bombs everywhere, killing many people. His next target is Chennai and he heads towards the city to complete his mission. He often takes lifts from various vehicles across the highway. He communicates with his associates using a Gmail account, by composing his messages, saving them as drafts and providing the login details to his associates, who login later and delete the drafts meant for them after reading. Thus, their IP addresses remains untraced. The police issue a red-alert across the country and issue an order to arrest Chotta, all over India. His photo is faxed to all the police stations, who begin their search.
