Some terrorists kidnap Sudha to take over her residence and save their boss, Robert. Karthick, a RAW agent disguises as a cook and comes to Sudha’s house to capture the whole gang.

A police officer investigating a drug ring finds himself the subject of a smear campaign after he threatens to expose corruption.
The film starts with Ashok Kumar aka AK (Ajith Kumar) setting bombs in three places and informing the police about them. Before the police arrive, the bombs are set off. AK, along with his lady love Maya (Nayanthara), threatens her old college mate hacker Arjun (Arya), who is forced to hack one system after another. AK then threatens Sriram Raghavan (Aadukalam Naren) by trying to kill his child so that he can extract the truth about black money. AK then murders Sriram. Arjun, who is irritated by the things happening around him, complains about AK’s misdeeds to Inspector Prakash (Kishore). When AK gets closer to achieving his goals, Arjun gives him away to the police, and both are arrested. Arjun is later released after his true identity is revealed.

Until they get their jobs, they go around places dousing off fires and saving lives by themselves. Their actions are praised by everyone, including the zonal fire officer Narayanamoorthy, who promises them that they will get their jobs if they write and pass the exam that is needed for them to join the fire service.

He has been operating out of Kochi for the past three months and the Imperial Bank of India (IBI) is the target of all these robberies. ACP Harris (Jayasurya) is in charge of the investigation. But the managing director of the bank, Nandakumar Menon (Biju Menon), is not happy with the way the investigations are proceeding as the cops have been harassing the bank’s customers. The bank authorities have ruled out a problem in their systems as the same system is used by other banks. The other banks are not yet a target. All the transactions done by the robber have been using a debit card. Nandakumar Menon decides to conduct an investigation in parallel with the cops. He summons a private Detective Alexander Felix (Narain). Felix is an unkempt young man who opted out of IPS. On the first day, he oversleeps on the train and does not disembark at Kochi. But …
