
Nayyapudai
Nayyappudai is about a man who joins the army and comes back to the his village after retiring as an officer. He faces an incident that challenges him and changes things forever.

Bhavani IPS
Bhavani (Sneha), an honest police officer in Hyderabad, is posted as Assistant Commissioner of Police in Tirunelveli upon the request of the Tamil Nadu government. The town is controlled by Sivalingam (Kota Srinivasa Rao), a baddie and aspiring politician who indulges in all unlawful activities. Bhavani resolves to put an end to all his acts. Meanwhile, Surya (Sampath Raj) voices against Sivalingam. As it happens, Sivalingam’s son Ranjith (Aryan) plays spoilsport in the life of Bhavani’s sister Deepa (Yasmin Khan). Efforts to prove him guilty by Bhavani end in vain. Now, a conspiracy is hatched by Bhavani in the company of Surya, and Ranjith is killed. An enraged Sivalingam takes Bhavani head-on. Sivalingam vows vengeance, and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Aagadu
Shankar is an orphan raised by a sincere police officer named Raja Rao. His son Bharath accidentally kills a kid and Shankar takes the blame on him. Shankar is imprisoned and Raja Rao warns him not to meet him again. After graduating, Shankar is employed as a circle inspector of police. He is popularly referred to as ‘Encounter’ Shankar because of his track record as an encounter specialist.
He is transferred to Bukkapatnam town in Tadipatri, Ananthapur district. He is assigned the task of halting the illegal businesses of Damodar, an influential crime boss whose dream project is to build a power plant. Using his wits, Shankar destroys all the three main businesses of Damodar by trapping their respective in-charges. He brings a stay on the power project by bringing few vital witnesses before the court of law, thereby earning Damodar’s ire. On a parallel note, Shankar loves a sweet shop owner named Saroja who reciprocates her feelings at a later point of time.

Arima Nambi
Arjun Krishna (Vikram Prabhu), a technician in a Chennai-based BMW showroom, meets Anamika Raghunath (Priya Anand), a college student, while out with her friends at Hard Rock Cafe. They are attracted to each other and go on a date the following night. Following the date, Anamika invites Arjun to her apartment for a bottle of vodka. Things go well until Anamika gets kidnapped by two men. Arjun, who was in the bathroom when Anamika was kidnapped, immediately lodges a complaint at the Besant Nagar police station. Sub-Inspector Arumugam (M. S. Baskar), who is assigned the case, then goes to Anamika’s apartment along with Arjun, but finds that the apartment is cleaned up and there seems to be no sign that a kidnapping has taken place, while the apartment’s watchman insists that Anamika had not returned to her apartment for three days. Also, the CCTV camera installed at the apartment does not show any men arriving and taking away Anamika, prompting Arumugam to suspect that Arjun has lodged a false complaint as he is drunk. However, when Arumugam calls up Anamika’s father Raghunath Kumar (Shankar Sundaram), the chairman of the TV news channel Channel 24, he merely replies that he doesn’t know anything about the kidnapping and that Anamika is holidaying in Goa, at which Arumugam suspects something amiss, realising that Arjun had not lied after all. Arumugam and Arjun rush to Raghunath’s mansion, where they see him being threatened by the two men who had kidnapped Anamika as well as the police inspector of Besant Nagar to give them a SD card which has some critical information. Raghunath calls up his editor and asks him to give the SD card to the three men, after which he is killed by them. Arjun and Arumugam pursue the three men. While Arjun manages to kill the police inspector, the other two men escape, killing Arumugam in the process.

Latchiyam
Latchiyam in this movie Ganesh (Prabhudeva) is a fantastic dancer. At the finals of a dance competition, he defeats Anthony and is selected to go to the international level. Anthony, who is a goonda in addition to being a good dancer, gets Ganesh beaten up. Ganesh is depressed and wants to give up everything. He is consoled by his sister Priya, played by Kamalinee. The he decides to pass on his dancing talent to a suitable heir.
This heir is identified as Raghava. Raghava (Lawrence) works at a dance school in Pudhucherry with four friends. All are outstanding dancers, but their talent remains unrecognized until they perform a folk dance in a hotel. Ganesh begins grooming Raghava as his prospective heir and makes him challenge Anthony in a thrilling finale.

Marudhamalai
Marudhamalai (Arjun), a police constable, goes to work in the village of Nachiapuram after passing his police exams and getting a merit. Here he meets ‘Encounter’ Ekambaram (Vadivelu), his senior officer. He is asked to do all sorts of work for him, and one day, Marudhamalai loses a convict on the way to the court due to Ekambaram’s soft heart. He then is to clean the floors of the inspector’s house and there he falls in love with Divya (Nila). Then, later in the market, after Ekambaram is humiliated by a beggar, Marudhamalai sees Maasi (Lal), the ‘boss’ of the city, killing a person who stood for a candidate in the elections. Then the election commissioner comes to the place, and he discovers that elections have not been held for 16 years in the city due to Maasi’s opposition.

Sullan
Crazy, unemployed, and out of control collegian, Subramaniam, is the son of Chennai Municipal truck driver, Mani, who lives a poor lifestyle with his wife and daughter, Lakshmi. Things spiral out of control for them after Subramaniam gets in the wrong books of MLA Suri – who wants them dead at any and all costs.
