Raju, a petty thief, decides to rob an expensive SUV and soon realizes that the car is an inescapable trap. Here starts Raju’s excruciating race against time to survive inside the SUV where an enemy from outside has complete control of the car. What does the enemy want? Is Raju a deliberate target? Will Raju be able to survive?
The film is set in North Madras area where a Settu (Atul Kulkarni) used to employ Guna (Sampath Raj) for car seizure before he is double crossed by Burma (Michael Thangadurai), who takes over the hot-seat. Burma is aided by his girlfriend Kalpana (Reshmi Menon) and sidekick Boomer (Karthik Sabesh). Their mission is to seize 28 cars for Settu and raise money so that Burma can marry Kalpana. Meanwhile another gang of robbers led by a lady killer gets involved, leading to chase, abduction, double cross and killing.
Sammy (Karthik), Sathish (Vetri), Kuppan(RJ Ramesh) and Karunakaran are Vinayak (Panja)’s close friends and they grew up in the tourist spot of Mahabalipuram. At one point of time, Sathish gets married to his long time girlfriend Sangeetha (Angana), life goes happily until all the boozed friends see a scandal video of Angana with a stranger which causes the death of the couple. Now such situation comes again and turns Panja’s life upside down, does he finds the culprit behind the brutal sex crime?
Ajay Raj, Ganesh and brothers Jagapathi Babu and Ram Babu are close friends who spend a lot of time together in Chennai. Ajay is a television actor, Ganesh is a fun-loving engineering student who falls in love with every woman he sees, Jagapathi Babu is an engineer who is married and has a six-year-old daughter, and Ram Babu is Jagapathi’s younger brother who lives with him.
Ram is in love with Pooja, but before he has a chance to tell her, Pooja tells Ram that she is in love with Ajay. Pooja and Ajay eventually get engaged, leaving Ram heartbroken. He soon forgets his grief and has a good time with Ajay, Ganesh, and Jagapathi.
Kathir is a selfish youth in search of a job. Despite being married and having a child, he is waiting for a job offer that he feels meets his standards. Meanwhile, his wife Anitha is the breadwinner of the family. Prabhakar, a friendly neighbour who acts as his father figure, gets him a job as an informant with the less than honest local police inspector. Kathir uses this opportunity to take revenge against the violent bar owner who humiliated him in front of his friends, despite Prabhakar’s advice. With his tip-off, the police raids the bar and arrests the owner for running an illegal gambling den as a side business. One night, Prabhakar is murdered by a group of thugs while a scared Kathir runs for his life. Suspecting that Prabhakar was murdered because he too was an informant, Kathir starts becoming paranoid. Eventually, he comes to realize that the inspector he is working for is now in cohorts with the bar owner after being promised a large sum of money as commission in return for permission to run their illegal businesses. Since Kathir is the only witness for most of the inspector’s corrupt activities, the inspector has the bar owner send his thugs to kill Kathir too. However, the inspector eventually feels sorry for Kathir and allows him to live as long as he stays silent about all the underground operations being carried out by the local police station. In the end, Kathir takes up a low-paying but proper job at his wife’s garment factory and earns an honest living.
A story of a private investigator that accidently becomes a vigilante and he tries to save his friend and his family that was abducted by a dangerous militant group that was going to release a chemical bomb. Did he manage to save everyone in the end?
