As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) Ruby is the only hearing person in her deaf family. When the family’s fishing business is threatened, Ruby finds herself torn between pursuing her love of music and her fear of abandoning her parents.
A retired sports-teacher and sports -enthusiast Vijay (60 yrs) from Nagpur, often comes across a bunch of teenage goons from nearby slums who hang around wasting their time in playing cards, fighting, smoking, robbing passersby. Vijay takes initiatives and introduces football to these slum-dwellers to channelize their energy positively. He wants to transform this set of goons into disciplined football players. its no mean task. Though there are many hurdles in transforming such undisciplined homeless bunch into a disciplined organized team, he perseveres. He believes that these homeless kids possess extraordinary skills and have potential. He believes they need to feel the validation and trust to become trustworthy themselves. He sacrifices a lot and continues the struggle against all odds. Vijay’s vision to transform these homeless children’s wretched life becomes a reality as he takes them at another level by entering into the world’s biggest football tournament – the “homeless Soccer”. The twists and turns, and turbulent times make the impossible possible.
Vasu “Nithin” is a well-educated youth who belongs to a joint family. He falls in love with Sri(Raashi Khanna) and confronts her father “Prakash Raj” about his love. On the other hand, Sri’s father is a rich businessman who does not believe in old-school formalities of marriage and traditions. The rest of the story is as to how Vasu takes things into his hands and makes his wedding happen on a traditional note by changing Sri’s father’s mindset.
Mr & Mrs Arjun
A village couple, Karthik (Senthil) and Thenmozhi (Vijayalakshmi), migrate to the city after their marriage. Karthik works as a manager in a firm, and they live happily and help everyone around according to their capacity and have a beautiful daughter, Vennila. Meanwhile, Ilavarasi (Srinda Ashab), a new neighbor in their apartment arrives, and she lives right next door. Ilavarasi is the daughter of a rich money lender. He is a greedy loan shark who goes to any extent to get his loaned money back from the people who borrowed it. He loves his daughter and will get anything she points at and will do anything for her. Ilavarasi, as a result of this upbringing, is an arrogant, spoilt brat of a woman and she is married to a spineless man who does whatever she bids him to do. Though Thenmozhi does not have a good opinion about Ilavarasi in the beginning, they become friends after an incident where Ilavarasi thrashes a stalker who was harassing Thenmozhi repeatedly over phone. Soon, the women become good friends and enjoy each other’s company over the day and spend a lot of time together.
Nil Gavani Sellathey
Sam (Anand Chakaravarthy), Jo (Dhaniska), Arun (Ramssy), Priya (Lakshmi Nair) and Milo (Jagan) head to a small village on a pleasure trip. And they reach the place despite a warning that it is not to going to be a nice trip.
As night arrives, what arrives along with it is a series of mysterious experiences. The friends are attacked one after other by an unidentified villain. In the meantime, a police officer too arrives at the village to unravel the mystery.
Sivadas (Kishore) the daring cop who gets ruthless against the local goon Aadhi (Pradeep Rawat) and is just miles away from nabbing the crook. He has a driver named Kundasamy. However he is forced to leave the force for a while to take care of his autistic son, Haridas (Prithviraj Das) because of an unfortunate matter. With much difficulty he enrolls Haridas in a normal school where Amudhavalli (Sneha) is a teacher specialized to deal with special children.
An anti-government union leader’s only son Sakthivel is arrested by the police to find his whereabouts. They trick Sakthivel into believing them as his well-wishers and release him. When Sakthivel meets his father, the police kill the latter. Feeling betrayed, Sakthivel stabs the police inspector and runs away to Bombay, where he is raised by Hussain, a kind-hearted smuggler living in the Dharavi slums.
One day, when Hussain is ill, Sakthivel, now a young man, decides to carry out the smuggling activity on behalf of Hussain. His demand for a bigger commission from the smugglers makes them furious and they involve a police inspector Kelkar to arrest Hussain and kill him in jail. When they close the case as suicide, Sakthivel is angered knowing the truth and murders Kelkar. He later takes care of Kelkar’s family which consists of his wife and a mentally challenged son Ajit. Kelkar’s wife knew that her husband’s immorality resulted in his death.
Shiva Raman (Prashanth), an easy-going young man, comes to London in search of a job, but he loses all of his certificates. He finds Kathiravan (Pandiarajan) wandering in London aimlessly without a job. Now, they both need jobs and money. Kathir persuades Shiva to join a bank robbery planned by Bhaskharan (Manivannan). His stammering brother Natrajan (Mayilsamy) and Aishwarya (Mumtaj), who is the former’s lover, lands them in more trouble, as the robbery ends vainly. Aishwarya informs the police about the robbery and tells that the entire plan was hatched by Bhaskar. Bhaskar hides the money before getting arrested, and the place is known only to his lawyer Vedimuthu (Vadivelu). Aishwarya fakes to be in love with Vedimuthu to find where the money is hidden.
Meanwhile, to find a safe cover, Shiva and Kathir plan to imitate Saravanan, the grandson of a rich elderly couple: Shiva Kumar (Vijayakumar) and his wife Parvathi (Srividya). They have not seen their grandchild since his birth. Shiva and Kathir end up disguising Kadhir’s body and Shiva’s voice to make up for Saravanan in front of the blind couple. Ganesh (Delhi Ganesh), who knows Kathir before, makes several attempts to expose the truth to the couple, but all fails, due to Shiva and Kadhir’s luck. All of a sudden, Anjali (Ankitha) arrives in the disguise of Saravanan’s lover. She calls on all the relatives of Shiva Kumar and Parvathi. The relatives arrive in Shiva’s absence. Finding no way out, Kathir pretends to have fainted unconscious, and he gets admitted to the hospital. Shiva comes to his rescue, and says that he is Dr. Karthikeyan, a friend of Saravanan from America….
Mudinja Ivana Pudi
Mudinja Ivana Pudi is about one person donning the dual shades of good and bad. Satya (Sudeep) is a mild-natured, small-time youngster running a real estate agency, led by authoritative Shubha (Nithya Menen). Satya leads another life as Shiva (Sudeep), a burglar who loots the huge unaccounted money stocked by filthy rich businessmen. His purpose is to realise his father’s dream of becoming a billionaire, riding a Mercedes Benz car and leading a posh life. He manages to convince the cops and those around him that those crimes are the handiwork of his look-alike ruffian twin Shiva. However, the two businessmen (Mukesh Tiwari & Sharath Lohitashwa) he robbed from, and ACP Kishore (P. Ravi Shankar), a corrupt cop who tries to use this as an opportunity to make money, are keen on nailing him. Meanwhile, Satya falls in love with Shubha who is an upright and brave girl. The police needs to nab the burglar. Satya himself launches a complaint that it is his brother Shiva who does all the crimes. Kishore does not believe the existence of two people and suspects the hero and villain to be one, but he does not have the evidence to prove his claim. At the end Satya proves that he is one in a million.
