The film begins in a city in Andhra, where the CBI raid a rich local politician’s house. The Chief Officer is shown to be Aadhi (Jayam Ravi), who orders to seize all illegal items found. The politician is arrested, but he requests to come to the CBI office in his own car. It is later revealed that no CBI raid was planned on his house and all that happened was a hoax. The politician gets angry and orders to hunt down the men who cheated him in the name of CBI.
Kabaleeswaran, a revolutionary who fights for the betterment of his race in a foreign land, is falsely implicated and thrown behind bars. When he returns after his prison term, he starts a search for his wife and ends up confronting those who were the reason behind his miseries. Singapore-based Dr. Siddhant Arya recruits a superhumanly powerful Indian-born man named Rohit Mehra, who was given special powers by a blue-skinned alien named Jadoo, to build a computer that can forecast the future, which results in an accident that kills Rohit. When this news reaches Rohit’s mother, Sonia, in India, she passes this on to Rohit’s wife, Nisha, who has just given birth to a son named Krishna. However, Nisha, unable to handle this devastating news, passes away, leaving Krishna to be brought up by Sonia. When Krishna is enrolled in school, she notices that he has the same intellectual and physical powers that his father possessed, so in order to shield him from any harm, she moves to a secluded and remote area in a mountainous region of the country, where he grows up. Years later, Krishna has matured, has acquired the same special powers that his father had, and is also able to communicate with animals. He meets with a camper named Priya and is attracted to her.
Karunamurthy (Kitty), an honest Home Minister is forced to help terrorists kill the current Governor to save his daughter Priya (Lisa Ray). Nethaji (Sarath Kumar), an upright journalist, runs a newspaper called ‘India’. He falls in love with Priya. Baba (Babu Antony) is a terrorist who smuggles arms with his right-hand Dharma (Vimalraj). Nethaji saves the scientist Shivashankari (Manimala) from terrorists, and Charan (Charan Raj), a police officer, congrats him and arrests Baba. Dharma hurts Nethaji’s sister and Ammu, and later kidnaps the latter. Dharma threatens Nethaji to kill Ammu, and Nethaji is forced to kidnap Shivashankari. Nethaji kidnaps her and saves his niece, and later, Charan arrests him. The rest of story is how he will be able to prove himself innocent and punish the terrorists.
The film opens to a school in a village where a boy recites a national anthem before all the staff and students of the school. Another boy is seen running to school as he is late. His teacher punishes him, while comparing him to the boy who recited earlier, who is revealed to be his younger half-brother. An enmity grows in the older brother as he is always compared to his younger brother. The younger brother burns the photo of the older brother’s father as he was the reason for his defeat in the school’s kabbadi match. In retaliation, the older brother throws the younger brother into a well. Watching him get drowned in the well, the older brother runs away from the village.
The discovery of a mysterious fossil sets the stage for a terrifying confrontation between modern day man and Thai folklore. A tunnel excavation has revealed a rock so dense that it cannot be penetrated by even the strongest drill. When the workers discover a collection of unrecognizable fossils that bear no similarities to the familiar dinosaur types, they enlist the aid of archeologist Lenna Pierre and her American partner Tim in revealing the origins of the mysterious geological find. Awakened by the large scale excavation and enraged at having been trapped beneath the Bangkok concrete for hundreds of years, the ancient Garuda sets out on a bloody rampage as Leena, Tim, and the military struggle to find a means of bringing Garuda’s destructive reign of terror to an end.
Bhavani (Sneha), an honest police officer in Hyderabad, is posted as Assistant Commissioner of Police in Tirunelveli upon the request of the Tamil Nadu government. The town is controlled by Sivalingam (Kota Srinivasa Rao), a baddie and aspiring politician who indulges in all unlawful activities. Bhavani resolves to put an end to all his acts. Meanwhile, Surya (Sampath Raj) voices against Sivalingam. As it happens, Sivalingam’s son Ranjith (Aryan) plays spoilsport in the life of Bhavani’s sister Deepa (Yasmin Khan). Efforts to prove him guilty by Bhavani end in vain. Now, a conspiracy is hatched by Bhavani in the company of Surya, and Ranjith is killed. An enraged Sivalingam takes Bhavani head-on. Sivalingam vows vengeance, and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
