Maanja Velu
The film starts with a flashback. ACP Bose (Karthik) is a sincere police officer happily married. He lives with his parents and younger brother Velu (Arun Vijay). Velu is a college student, and he falls in love with his classmate Anjali (Dhansika). Enters Umapathi (Chandrasekar), the villain who is notorious for settlements and land deals. Anjali comes across Bose when she is on a field trip from her college with her friends. She gets friendly with his daughter Pinky, who tells her that she would get her introduced to her uncle Velu, and they would make a good pair. It turns out that Velu studies in Anjali’s college and soon after, they come to know each other and get close.
Bose investigate the case of Umapathi, whom no one has been able to touch. He is even involved with a land deal involving crores of money which is completely illegal and others including the DIG is involved. When the chairman of the bank who has lent money for the deal demands the money back as the deal has not worked, Umapathi eliminates him.

Madhura Thimiru is dubbing version of Telugu movie Krishna. Ravi Teja completes his MSc computers and works in a big corporate firm with 40k salary. He happens to see Trisha and loses his heart. However, he doesn’t know whether she is in love with him. She suddenly disappears one day and Ravi Teja finds from her brother Brahmanandam that she is in Hyderabad with her father Sayaji Shinde. Ravi Teja takes Brahmanandam to Hyderabad and finds that Trisha’s life is in danger from the rivals of Shinde, as the latter sent Mukhul Dev to jail in rape and murder case.

Aai
Velu (R. Sarathkumar) is living happily with his sister and friend Pazhani (Vadivelu) in Palani. He stays away from all wanted troubles and is forced to resort to fighting to defend his sister from the local rowdy Raghavan (Vincent Asokan). A flashback follows where it is revealed that Velu is a military officer and his sister is actually the sister of his best friend, Police Officer Murugan (Kalabhavan Mani) of Chennai. It is also revealed that Velu had maintained a low profile to protect his sister from his foe Naachiyar (Kota Srinivasa Rao) whom he had left crippled before he went into hiding.

There is a subplot in the story, for Meenakshi (Sharmili), a daughter from a rich family; she is the apple of the eye of the family. Meenakshi ran home with her lover Raju, who worked as a driver to her house. He tells that his friend Dinesh will help them. However, Raju escaped because he saw a bad dream where he is killed by her family as if it will happen in reality. Due to that he vanishes. Raghavan understood her plight and helps her.

Maanbumigu Marumagan
Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas plays a young man who doesn’t believe in love but falls for a girl and then ends up getting possessed by a ghost.
