
Thadaiyara Thaakka
Selva (Arun Vijay) owns a travel agency in Chennai. He dreams to make it big in life and is all set to marry his lover Priya (Mamta Mohandas). The city is under the grip of dreaded baddies Maha (Maha Gandhi) and his brother Kumar (Vamsi Krishna). They are loan sharks who go to any extent to wield their clout in the city. Selva comes across Maha, and soon, Maha is killed in mysterious circumstances. The blame falls on Selva. Kumar and his men want to bump off Selva. A perplexed Selva runs for cover. He sets out to find the real killer, but there is a twist in the tale, and Selva takes a new avatar as he decides to wage a bloody war with baddies.

The Red Ghost
December 30, 1941. In Vyazma (‘Vyazemsky cauldron’) there is a small group of Soviet soldiers, who are trying to reach their own comrades after having escaped a Nazi encirclement. In the movie they are suddenly caught in an unequal battle with a special unit of the Wehrmacht. None of these brave people was born a hero but they became heroes. And were helped in their battle by the Red Ghost. The myth of the red ghost of the movie is about a lone hero who picks off Nazi soldiers one by one. He seems to be able to vanish almost magically into the forests and even to come back from the dead.

Billa
The underworld don Billa (Ajith Kumar), featured on Interpol’s criminal list, is hiding and operating out of Malaysia. DSP Jayaprakash (Prabhu) has spent the last few years looking for Billa, leaving behind a life in India.
During a chase with the police, Billa is severely wounded after an accident and dies in front of the DSP. The DSP then secretly holds a burial of Billa. Interpol officer Gokulnath (Rahman) is assigned to work with DSP Jayaprakash to capture elusive Billa as no-one knows of Billa’s death. DSP Jayaprakash keeps the death of Billa as a secret even from his fellow officers, and tracks down a look-alike called Saravana Velu (Ajith Kumar), a lowly pick-pocket. He asks Velu to infiltrate Billa’s gang by pretending to be Billa. In return he will make sure that the child Velu adopted, Karan, gets a proper education.

Engal Anna
The film opens with a flashback showing the family feud between families of Prabhakaran (Vijayakanth) and Bhavani (Indraja). Prabhakaran and Bhavani are in love. The murder of Bhavani’s father, is wrongly accused on SP’s father. He starts to help Bhavani’s family and mortgages his own house to finance her factory with the intention of making it up to them as he still believes that it’s his father who killed Bhavani’s father. But Bhavani is now trying to take revenge for her father’s murder. SP’s mother is now on her deathbed. While in the hospital, his mom tells how his father had a different wife and he should ask them forgiveness. He storms into Bhavani’s house and accuses her uncle (who really killed Bhavni’s dad), also trying to make her understand the truth but she doesn’t believe him. Then Prabhakaran says he doesn’t love her any more and vows that he will never trust a woman by remaining a chronic bachelor forever.

A top shot model Diya (Amy Jackson) falls in love with Mr. Tamil Nadu Lingesan (Vikram), and together they become the most wanted model pair in the country. When Lingesan rejects an advertisement of a wealthy businessman (Ramkumar), who gave him the big break into ad world, he plans revenge against him. Now, he is joined by a greedy model (Upen Patel), lusty doctor (Suresh Gopi) and a trans-gender stylist who are out to cause massive damage to Lingesan’s life which is worse than death. The rest of the story is how Lingesan takes revenge against these powerful people in the society.

In exchange for the spinal surgery that will fix his legs, Jake gathers intel for the cooperating military unit spearheaded by gung-ho Colonel Quaritch, while simultaneously attempting to infiltrate the Na’vi people with the use of an “avatar” identity. Mouna Guru
College goer Karunakaran (Arulnidhi) finds it difficult to adjust with the society that he lives. As a result, he is unable to control his anger and ends up with trouble. His unpredictable behavior becomes a constant worry for his mother (Sujatha Sivakumar) and brother. A series of incidents force him to leave his hometown Madurai and end up in Chennai. Despite scoring high marks in school, he joins a local arts college in the city and stays in a hostel, where trouble begins. Meanwhile, while traveling from Bangalore to Chennai, Assistant Commissioner Marimuthu (John Vijay), Inspector Rajendran (Madhusudhan Rao), Sub-Inspector Selvam (Balakrishnan), and Sgt/Head Constable Perumalsamy (Krishnamurthy) witness a car accident. When they are about to take the victim (son of a Bangalore-based business tycoon) to a nearby hospital, they come across a huge stash of cash. The policemen kill the half-dead victim and flee to Chennai with the money. The sincere police officer Palaniammal (Uma Riyaz Khan) takes up this case. A cluster of lies, ego clash at the hostel, and family’s ignorance brings Karunakaran into this crime plot. The rest is a racy rollercoaster ride that forms the climax.

The School for Good and Evil

Thillalangadi
Krishna (Jayam Ravi) is a happy-go-lucky youth who excels in every field but always does strange and dangerous things to obtain a certain “kick” – a thrill or excitement that he craves. One such activity is secretly double-crossing his childhood friend Dass (Sathyan) while helping him elope. At this point, he meets Nisha (Tamannaah), who is shocked at his recklessness and writes him off as crazy. Krishna sets his sights on Nisha and woos her in a very unorthodox way; he begs her not to fall in love with him. After a host of comical situations involving Krishna’s caring but easygoing parents (Prabhu and Suhasini), local thugs (John Vijay and Mayilsamy), and an ever-present comic relief Jackson (Vadivelu), Nisha accepts Krishna’s love. However, she sets a condition: Krishna must stay in a well-paying job (he had resigned from other jobs due to lack of “kick”), and only then will she agree to marry him. Krishna accepts but soon resigns again for the same reason and tries to hide it from Nisha. When Nisha finds out, she breaks up with him and leaves him for good.
