
Sundattam
The story revolves around Prabha, a young carom board player who uses his talent only for gambling. Things change when he falls in love. Will he be able to win his love amidst the tough challenges?

Dharani
The plot is set in a rural backdrop where three middle-class characters running a hotel come across three different circumstances facing three important life decisions that are going to change their lives forever. The film charts the path taken by them to achieve their goal and details how they traverse through to nowhere.

Engal Anna
The film opens with a flashback showing the family feud between families of Prabhakaran (Vijayakanth) and Bhavani (Indraja). Prabhakaran and Bhavani are in love. The murder of Bhavani’s father, is wrongly accused on SP’s father. He starts to help Bhavani’s family and mortgages his own house to finance her factory with the intention of making it up to them as he still believes that it’s his father who killed Bhavani’s father. But Bhavani is now trying to take revenge for her father’s murder. SP’s mother is now on her deathbed. While in the hospital, his mom tells how his father had a different wife and he should ask them forgiveness. He storms into Bhavani’s house and accuses her uncle (who really killed Bhavni’s dad), also trying to make her understand the truth but she doesn’t believe him. Then Prabhakaran says he doesn’t love her any more and vows that he will never trust a woman by remaining a chronic bachelor forever.

Muthukku Muthaga
A couple faces challenges to raise their five sons, but they don’t compromise on their needs. After the children grow up and get married, it gets difficult for them to stay in a joint family.

Rajini Murugan
The team of Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam returns with a brand new comedy – Rajini Murugan. The film centers around Rajinimurugan, a jobless youth whose main pass time is to spend time with his friends. After a family dispute that causes rifts between his brother and the rest of his family, Rajinimurgan decides to give his brother a lesson.

Poojai
Vasudevan aka Vasu (Vishal) is a Coimbatore-based moneylender and also the heir to the Kovai Group, a cloth manufacturing conglomerate, until he was disowned by his mother and matriarch of his joint family Rajalakshmi (Raadhika) due to some misunderstanding. He meets a rich girl Divya (Shruthi Haasan) at a mall, who soon falls in love with him for his good nature. One day, Vasu saves the Additional Superintendent of Police for Coimbatore District Sivakkozhundhu (Sathyaraj) and his wife (Aishwarya) from a group of thugs who work for Anna Thandavam (Mukesh Tiwari), a Pollachi-based businessman and contract killer who kills anyone to acquire their land and money. As Sivakkozhundhu was transferred to Coimbatore district to capture Anna Thandavam, the latter had planned to kill him. Anna Thandavam also plans to illegally grab land sold to a village temple by Vasu’s late father. These two incidents cause enmity between Vasu and Anna Thandavam.

Ethirum Puthirum
Kannan (Mammootty) is a sincere district collector. A female leader of a major political party is kidnapped by terrorist Veeraiyan (Nassar), and he promises to return her back if his injured brother Arasappan (Napoleon) is treated well and brought back safely. The government agrees to this condition and asks Kannan to look after Arasappan. At first, Arasappan hates Kannan and his family as Kannan works for the government against whom his brother’s group is rebelling, but the kindness shown by Kannan’s wife and mother change his attitude. Just when he was about to turn over a new leaf, a bad thing occurs. The police team, without taking the necessary orders from Kannan, go to the forest and attack Veeraiyan’s gathering. This angers Arasappan, but he was restrained by Kannan. the police accuses Kannan of having links with the terrorists as Arasappan ran away from his house and Kannan condemned the police action; hence, they arrest Kannan’s wife and mother (Kannan ran away to find Arasappan). Hearing this sad news, Arasappan surrenders to the police as he did not want them to suffer for him, but the police do not spare him despite his surrender.

Mannan
Ambitious Industrialist Shanthi Devi(Vijay Shanthi) meets her match in her employee Krishnan(Rajinikanth). Who Impresses her but there is a huge ego war and tension between them. Shanthi Devi who is portrayed as a Lady who cannot cope with failures gets a surprise defeat from her employee when He challenges her candidate in Her Factory union elections this starts of a series of events which Makes her form a plan of marrying Krishnan and spoiling his life whether she was successful or not forms the crux of an interesting plot.

Junga
The film starts with Inspector Manimaran (Vinoth Munna) taking the job of Don Junga’s (Vijay Sethupathi) encounter, along with Duraisingam (Rajendran). On the way to his encounter, Junga tells his story. Back in Pollachi, he works as a bus conductor and is in love with Thoppuli (Madonna Sebastian). He gets involved in a fight, which angers his mother (Saranya Ponvannan) as his father Ranga and grandfather Linga were dons. They also lost their theatre Cinema Paradise and had to sell it to Kumarasamy Chettiyaar (Suresh Chandra Menon). So his mother fears he will also become a don. Junga tells his mother he will not be a don and will retrieve their ownership of the theatre. He goes to Chennai with Yo Yo (Yogi Babu) and starts saving money towards his goal. He also leaves Thoppuli as she wants him to give her a luxurious life and gift her with 365 sarees for each day of the year. One day, Junga comes to know that the theatre is being brought down and Chettiyaar is planning to sell it to a foreign company. He goes to Chettiyaar’s house and gives him a crore to buy back his theatre, but Chettiyaar insults him. Junga challenges Chettiyaar that he will retrieve back his theatre. He decides to kidnap Chettiyaar’s daughter Yazhini (Sayyeshaa), who is in Paris, so he goes there with Yo Yo, but the Italian mafia group kidnaps Yazhini to release their leader, who was arrested by the French police. Junga tells Chettiyaar he has kidnapped Yazhini and fights with the mafia group to rescue her from them. Yazhini and Junga escape, and Chettiyaar agrees to give Junga’s family the theatre in exchange for Yazhini. Yazhini and Junga later get married.

Chennai Express
Rahul embarks on a journey to a small town in Tamil Nadu to fulfill the last wish of his grandfather: to have his ashes immersed in the Holy water of Rameshwaram. En route, he meets a woman hailing from a unique family down South. As they find love through this journey in the exuberant lands of South India, an unanticipated drive awaits them.
