Mathil Mel Poonai
Mathil Mel Poonai is a 2013 Tamil language thriller film written and directed by Barani Jayapal. Vijay Vasanth and Vibha Natarajan play the lead roles in the film. The villains in the film are Karthik, Prabha, Ramesh. Thambi Ramayya and Meera Krishna share screen space also playing the key roles in the movie.

Race 1
A voice-over by RD (Anil Kapoor) introduces the four main characters: Ranvir Singh “Ronny” (Saif Ali Khan) who runs a successful business he inherited from his father. His younger brother Rajiv Singh (Akshaye Khanna) who mooches off of Ronny and is an alcoholic. Ronny is dating an upcoming model Sonia (Bipasha Basu), while his personal assistant Sophia (Katrina Kaif) appears to be secretly in love with him. Ronny is also involved in an intense competition with a rival horse-owner Kabir (Dalip Tahil). The film opens with a murder plot involving a car accident which Ronny narrowly survives. When Ronny loses money in a race because his jockey had been bribed by Kabir, Ronny plants a bomb in the jockey’s car and kills him, showing Ronny to be a ruthless businessman. Later, Ronny also destroys Kabir when the latter offers him money to buy his business, which is in debt.

ThambiKottai
Azhagiri (Narain) and his sister Shanmughapriya (Meena) are siblings who live only for each other. Azhagiri is a student, and his sister is a lecturer. Saissa (N. Santhanam) and the crew form his sidekicks, and Valayapatti (M. S. Bhaskar) is their professor who invariable falls quarry to Saissa’s unwitting jokes and intentional pranks. Azhagiri goes to Thambikkotai on an NSS field trip. There he falls in love with Kanaga (Poonam Bajwa), who is the daughter of Amirthalingam (Rajendran), a rich don of the village. Amirthalingam tries to kill government officers who want to repair a damaged bridge that connects the village with the outside world. The village has a connection to Azhagiri, Shanmughapriya, and their dead father Shanmugam (Prabhu).

Yuvarathnaa
A reputed college that is now on the verge of closing due to the privatization of the education system and political reasons. The college Principal fights against privatization and the protagonist supports his vision.

Jagame Maya: Instant Karma
Anand (Teja) is a greedy con man who falls into a debt trap after losing monies on IPL betting. He runs away from Vijayawada and lands in Hyderabad, where he traps Chitra (Dhanya Balakrishna), a depressed widow looking for succor in life. Once married, Chitra turns out to be a different person. Meanwhile, Chitra’s late husband Ajay (Chaitanya Rao) may hold some secrets about her.

Dhill
Dhill is the story about Kanagavel (Vikram), whose only dream is to become a police officer. He succeeds in passing the exams and wins a girlfriend Asha (Laila). One night after having dinner at a restaurant near the beach, Kanagavel goes to pay the bill, leaving Asha behind. At that moment a corrupt police officer Shankar (Ashish Vidyarthi) drinks and behaves indecently to Asha. He then attempts to assault her but is severely beaten up by Kanagavel, and he receives a scar on his face. Shankar, angered by this, seeks revenge against Kanagavel. Kanagavel kills Shankar and his goons.

Udhayam NH4
Prabhu, a young college student, kidnaps his lover Rithika when her father disapproves of their relationship. Manoj Menon, an encounter specialist, is appointed to track them down.

Maranthen Mannithen
Gundello Godari is about a newlywed couple who are forced to battle it out against a devastating flood of the River Godavari. They lose all hope of survival, so they decide to narrate the darkest moments of their lives to each other after they find a support to rest on. The film is set in 1986, in Bangarappeta village near Rajahmundry which is a part of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Subramaniapuram
The story takes place in the Subramaniapuram area of Madurai city. A convict is released from prison in 2008 and is stabbed outside the prison gates…
The film then moves to 1980 where Azaghar (Jai), Paraman (M. Sasikumar), Kaasi (Ganja Karuppu), Dopa and Dumka, a polio-stricken physically challenged person, are part of a set of close friends, who are unemployed. They pass their time drinking liquor and fooling around on the streets opposite the house of an ex-councilor Somu and his brother Kanugu (Samuthirakani). Apart from them the family consists of Somu’s wife, their three children including Thulasi (Swathi) and Thulasi’s other uncle.
