
Kudaikkul Mazhai
An autorickshaw driver bumps into a beautiful young woman at a coffee shop, who seems to be smitten by him. He does not take her seriously at first, but finds his whole world turned upside down when he falls for her.

Pencil
Pencil traces the story of a murder that occurs in a school, and the investigation that follows to find the killer.
Shiva (G. V. Prakash Kumar) is the best student at his school. His rival, Nithin (Shariq Khan), the son of a leading film star and a spoiled brat, takes any and every opportunity to knock him down both verbally and physically, and the two are known enemies amongst the other students.

Purple Hearts
Cassie Salazar and Luke Morrow couldn’t be more different. Sharp-witted Cassie works nights at a bar in Austin, Texas to make ends meet while pursuing her dream of becoming a singer/songwriter. Luke is an Army trainee, about to ship out for duty, who finds comfort in the unswerving discipline of service. But a chance encounter at Cassie’s bar changes the course of both their lives. Cassie is drowning in medical bills after being diagnosed with diabetes.

Iyer IPS
Sathyaraj in a dual role. One role is of an IPS officer (Iyer) and the other is of a dada (Venkatachalapathy). The dada throughout the film has a dark skin and sports a bald head.
Iyer believes that dadas and rowdies must be eliminated through encounters. But his father thinks one does not have the right to take any life. Dada Venkatachalapthy plants bombs at various places in the city and puts the blame on Muslims. Iyer takes Venkatachalapathy into custody. His sons Pasupathi and Gajapathi try to kill Iyer. Now Iyer’s father turns against him and joins the villain. This sets off a chain of events leading to murders.

Ghajinikanth
Rajinikanth (Arya) was born in a theatre screening Dharmathin Thalaivan, and like one of Rajinikanth’s characters in that film, has a forgetful nature. The film doffs its hat at the older film by introducing its protagonist in underwear as he has forgotten to wear pants. This condition of Rajini is a constant source of embarrassment to his parents Ramanathan (Aadukalam Naren) and Lakshmi (Uma Padmanabhan), as they cannot find a suitable match for him. One prospective girl’s father Sathyamoorthy (Sampath Raj) insults Rajini because of this. As fate would have it, Rajini ends up falling in love with Sathyamoorthy’s daughter Vandhana (Sayyeshaa), but she is unaware of his forgetfulness. How long can he continue with this facade, especially with Ajay (Lijeesh), a cop who wants to marry Vandhana and is trying to expose him?

CSK Charles Shafiq Karthika
Charles, an aspiring cricketer, is willing to give up his career for the sake of his girlfriend, Karthika. Their lives take a turn when Karthika is kidnapped by a gang of thugs.

Sandiyar
The plot is woven around two central characters Paandithurai and Nayagam (both debutants) who detest each other and are at loggerheads all the time. The fathers of the respective youngsters remain friends through thick and thin. Things go haywire when Paandithurai feels Nayagam abducts the chairman post of the village from him. What follows is a series of feuds between two groups and how one tries to falter the other. Also involved in the plot is the romance between Paandithurai and Kayal (another debutant) who belongs to the Nayagam camp.

Priyamanavale
A modern man, Vijay, marries his father’s sincere secretary who hails from a poor family. But their stringent prenuptial agreement grants him the power to end his marriage after 12 months.

Something Something Unakkum Enakkum
Muthupandi (Prabhu) takes care of his only sister Kavitha (Trisha), following their mother’s early death when they were young. Muthupandi lives in a village and brings up his sister with lot of care and affection. In the meantime, Muthupandi has an aversion towards arrogant, rich people in the society, as his father, who was rich, abandoned his mother, following which she died.
Santhosh (Jayam Ravi) is the only of son of a London-based business tycoon Krishnan (Bhagyaraj) and Janaki (Geetha). He comes to Chennai along with Janaki to attend his cousin Lalitha’s (Richa Pallod) wedding. Lalitha is Kavitha’s best friend, and she too comes to Chennai a few days before the wedding. Santhosh, a fun-loving person, develops an attraction immediately after seeing Kavitha, but Kavitha does not reciprocate, and she maintains distance with Santhosh.

Wake Up Sid
In Mumbai, Sid Mehra is, in the words of his father, an arrogant, spoiled brat. He lives with a doting mother, subservient brother, and a father who covers his expenses and credit card bills. Sid takes his college finals then starts work at his father’s business; he lasts less than a week before walking out. At a graduation party, he meets Aisha, newly arrived from Calcutta and set on becoming a writer. He shows her the city and helps her refurbish a rented flat. He asks if she’d like to progress from friend to something more, but she says no: he lacks ambition and isn’t her type. Will her words, his exam results, a confrontation with his parents, and a break with his friends be enough to wake Sid up?

Puss in Boots
Years before meeting Shrek and Donkey, the adorable but tricky Puss in Boots must clear his name from all charges making him a wanted fugitive. While trying to steal magic beans from the infamous criminals Jack and Jill, the hero crosses paths with his female match, Kitty Softpaws, who leads Puss to his old friend, but now enemy, Humpty Dumpty. Memories of friendship and betrayal enlarges Puss’ doubt, but he eventually agrees to help the egg get the magic beans. Together, the three plan to steal the beans, get to the Giant’s castle, nab the golden goose, and clear Puss’ name.

OK Kanmani
Aditya Varadarajan (Dulquer Salmaan) is a video game developer who accidentally meets Taara Kalingarayar (Nithya Menen) at his colleague’s wedding. He later finds out that she is planning to pursue her studies in Paris. They soon begin to call each other often, go out together, and start to fall in love during a holiday they take together. They agree that marriage is not for them and decide to have a live-in relationship instead, and Taara moves into Adhi’s place, rented from Ganapathy (Prakash Raj). They wish to spend their time with each other before they go their separate ways for their respective careers. Taara and Adhi live happily, being playful with each other.
