K.G.F: Chapter 1
The movie dates back to 1951. Here, two incidents take place; The birth of the hero and other in the Kolar Gold Fields (K.G.F) they get gold. The hero is brought up in poverty. When he is very young itself he goes to Mumbai to become a mafia don. His mother’s wish was to see her son rich and powerful. After being in Mumbai for some time he returns back. Will he be able to become a Don? Will he set his people free from the age old slavery? Forms the plot of the movie.

Mouna Guru
College goer Karunakaran (Arulnidhi) finds it difficult to adjust with the society that he lives. As a result, he is unable to control his anger and ends up with trouble. His unpredictable behavior becomes a constant worry for his mother (Sujatha Sivakumar) and brother. A series of incidents force him to leave his hometown Madurai and end up in Chennai. Despite scoring high marks in school, he joins a local arts college in the city and stays in a hostel, where trouble begins. Meanwhile, while traveling from Bangalore to Chennai, Assistant Commissioner Marimuthu (John Vijay), Inspector Rajendran (Madhusudhan Rao), Sub-Inspector Selvam (Balakrishnan), and Sgt/Head Constable Perumalsamy (Krishnamurthy) witness a car accident. When they are about to take the victim (son of a Bangalore-based business tycoon) to a nearby hospital, they come across a huge stash of cash. The policemen kill the half-dead victim and flee to Chennai with the money. The sincere police officer Palaniammal (Uma Riyaz Khan) takes up this case. A cluster of lies, ego clash at the hostel, and family’s ignorance brings Karunakaran into this crime plot. The rest is a racy rollercoaster ride that forms the climax.

Evano Oruvan
Sridhar Vasudevan (R. Madhavan) is a middle-class family man employed in a bank. He is very idealistic, principled, and recognizes a deep sense of belonging with the society he is part of. He gets annoyed and flustered by illegal and semi-legal activities happening around him. His wife Vatsala (Sangeetha) persistently demands he should be more ‘flexible’ and make more money, but Sridhar does not accede. He endures the illegal and semi-legal activities around him because he anticipates a change in the mindsets of people. He feels that over time, they will become more honest, socially aware and willing to make small personal sacrifices for the greater good of all (like him).
Vatsala is a typical middle-class housewife and a caring mother of two children, Varsha and Varun. Societal imperfections and related problems matter very little to her. She is more concerned about her reactive husband, thinking about ways to save him from the effects of his angry outbursts and to steer him away from his impractical thoughts and deeds.

Subramaniapuram
The story takes place in the Subramaniapuram area of Madurai city. A convict is released from prison in 2008 and is stabbed outside the prison gates…
The film then moves to 1980 where Azaghar (Jai), Paraman (M. Sasikumar), Kaasi (Ganja Karuppu), Dopa and Dumka, a polio-stricken physically challenged person, are part of a set of close friends, who are unemployed. They pass their time drinking liquor and fooling around on the streets opposite the house of an ex-councilor Somu and his brother Kanugu (Samuthirakani). Apart from them the family consists of Somu’s wife, their three children including Thulasi (Swathi) and Thulasi’s other uncle.

Oram Po
Chandru (Arya) and Bigilu (Lal) are close friends. Chandru is an expert auto driver and racer, while Bigilu is a mechanic expert at customizing autos to run at the dream speed of 130 km/h. Pichchai aka Son of Gun (John Vijay) is the chief of a rival group who wants to outsmart the duo. Chandru, the race champ, tries to settle the dues for his auto through a race, which is almost a cakewalk for him. He and Bigilu challenge Son of Gun to a race, and a date is fixed. Bigilu, meanwhile, introduces Chandru to his sister, who runs a biriyani shop. Chandru is attracted to her daughter Rani (Pooja), and woos her. The affair grows stronger, and the two end up having sex. However, Chandru is not interested in long-term commitment and tells Rani, who curses him and moves away. On the D-day, Chandru is distracted by the memories of his love affair and loses the race and his auto. Later, Bigilu comes to know about the affair. The subplot of a smuggler’s search for missing pearls adds flavour to the proceedings. The unpredictable and fun-filled climax puts everything in order.
