Sitharam (Arjun) is a well respected auditor who lives with his PA Muthuswami (Anu Mohan) in Chennai. Although being a short-tempered and tensed person, Sitharam is very good at heart who helps the people in need. He soon meets and falls in love with Kalyani (Sonali Bendre). After a couple of meetings she too falls in love with him by seeing his good nature.
But Sitharam faces problems in the form of another loving couple, Akash (Suchindra) and Akhila (Ruchita) due to an argument between Akhila and Akash and Akhila acts as Sitaram’s fiancé so that she can get rid of Akash just before he proposes to Kalyani. Kalyani, being an innocent, believes her words and goes away from Sitharam. Hence, Sitharam becomes the main antagonist of the film to make the lives of Akash and Akhila the living hells.

A handful of tourists looking for adventure get more than they bargained for when they cross paths with a massive man-eating beast in this thriller. Pete signs up for a cruise along a river that’s home to a large crocodile population, with tough but pretty Kate Ryan (Radha Mitchell) serving as guide. Satyam begins with Sathyam (Vishal), an assistant police commissioner rescuing a hooligan from encounter thirsty cops, only to arrest him later. He reminds his fellow cops that a cop’s duty is to kill crime not criminals. Sathyam meets his first challenge in tracking a mysterious killer of three ministers. In the process, he finds the culprit Manickvel (Upendra), only to receive a rude shock to know his identity.
For, the murderer is none other than a former police officer, who inspired Sathyam to take the cop job. Revealing the reason behind his change of mind, the ex-cop says that he is on a killing spree as he failed to set right things in khakhi uniform.

Krishna (Jayam Ravi) is a happy-go-lucky youth who excels in every field but always does strange and dangerous things to obtain a certain “kick” – a thrill or excitement that he craves. One such activity is secretly double-crossing his childhood friend Dass (Sathyan) while helping him elope. At this point, he meets Nisha (Tamannaah), who is shocked at his recklessness and writes him off as crazy. Krishna sets his sights on Nisha and woos her in a very unorthodox way; he begs her not to fall in love with him. After a host of comical situations involving Krishna’s caring but easygoing parents (Prabhu and Suhasini), local thugs (John Vijay and Mayilsamy), and an ever-present comic relief Jackson (Vadivelu), Nisha accepts Krishna’s love. However, she sets a condition: Krishna must stay in a well-paying job (he had resigned from other jobs due to lack of “kick”), and only then will she agree to marry him. Krishna accepts but soon resigns again for the same reason and tries to hide it from Nisha. When Nisha finds out, she breaks up with him and leaves him for good.
Directed by Logiyas the film spells the bloodshed and massacre started by handful of goons. A few students then take it upon themselves to annihilate this gundaraj.
