Sathyaraj in a dual role. One role is of an IPS officer (Iyer) and the other is of a dada (Venkatachalapathy). The dada throughout the film has a dark skin and sports a bald head.

Iyer believes that dadas and rowdies must be eliminated through encounters. But his father thinks one does not have the right to take any life. Dada Venkatachalapthy plants bombs at various places in the city and puts the blame on Muslims. Iyer takes Venkatachalapathy into custody. His sons Pasupathi and Gajapathi try to kill Iyer. Now Iyer’s father turns against him and joins the villain. This sets off a chain of events leading to murders.

Sree Kumar (Harish Kalyan) is an innocent and fun loving boy from Chennai who lives with his parents. He has a crush on Sindhuja, (Raiza Wilson) a beautiful and independent modern day girl who works in the office nearby. Sindhuja, eventually joins Sree’s office and invites him to hangout with her at the club to which Sree happily agrees. At the club, he realises, Sindhu drinks alcohol, swears freely and is a complete party girl. He comes to know of the surprising fact that Sindhu doesn’t know her own birthday because nobody except her mom knew it and her mom died when she was very young. Over time they become good friends and Sree falls head over heels in love with her.

Sanjay, a Rajput from Jahanabad, is in love with Aditi, a Jat from Jaipur. They want to get married, but don’t want to hurt their families. So they plan to get married by arranging a fake set of parents. Will they succeed?

Parthiban appears in the very first reel recollecting his travels with a woman whom he had developed an affinity in his teens. A flashback takes one to Kodaikanal where Karthik (Karteesh) falls instantly for a gorgeous woman called Jennifer (Namitha), who is older to him. She is admired and respected by everyone, especially men. It is all but Karthik’s wild imagination is the rest. Karthik sings duets with Jennifer and runs behind her. However in the latter half, he goes into a shell brooding over his love and beloved. Twists and turns reveal that Jennifer’s husband has died in the Indo-Pak war of 1971. What happens then forms the climax.

Sunaina announces at their company stage programme that Daniel is the man behind her success. At the programme reception area, Businessman father and son Raj meet Sunaina and walks out of the area. At home, the Raj’s father sits in anger and tells his son to allow him to be alone. Son in law Naresh tells Raj is the cause for the business loss their father is facing now. Raj now goes to Sunaina house angry where securities try to stop Raj. Sunaina tells he still loves Raj. Raj tells now its late and leaves the house. Sunaina watches Raj leaving. Scene shifts back to a night pub. Sunaina comes to attend her friend Natasha birthday party. Raj fully drunk tries to embrace Sunaina who protest against but Raj again tries to hug Sunaina. Now Sunaina beats on Raj face. Raj full of anger tells Naresh that he will take revenge and want to find out that girl. Finally Sunaina is seen coming out of office by Raj who now realise she working in their company. Now Raj bets Naresh he will be slave if he cannot act as lover and later betray Sunaina. Raj now acts like a changed man and hard working for the company in front of Sunaina. Finally Sunaina falls in love with Raj. The day comes where Raj lies with Sunaina in his house and Raj father finds out their love and tries to arrange for marriage. Raj wanted to cheat Sunaina but as his father and grandmother now ready for their marriage, Raj agrees for marriage. At marriage day, Sunaina mother is found out by Raj father’s friend as a prostitute, Raj father tells to stop the marriage, now Raj confess he wanted to reject her after acting as a lover. Hearing this Sunaina become very angry and leaves with her mother away from the marriage area. Mother commits suicide. Sunaina now fully sad gets support from Daniel. Sunaina become a successful business woman shown as getting a Canadian company business deal overcoming Raj’s father’s business deal with the company. Raj’s father tries to arrange marriage between Raj and his business cum alcohol drinking friend’s daughter. But after a party Raj finds the daughter to be a senseless and shameless lady trying to have body contact dance with another guy. Finally Raj realise Sunaina was a good girl and come back to Sunaina house and again start love with Sunaina . Here Sunaina act as loving but finally one day Sunaina tells she hate him. Last scene Raj is shown mad sitting on road side. Now Sunaina come in a big car and sees Raj sitting mad become sad but after thinking the past marriage day Raj confession and her mother suicide, Sunaina close her car and move forward.

Arjun (Arjun) is a carefree youngster who can’t work on a single job for more than three months. Everyone including his grandparents (SP Balasubramaniam and Lakshmi) considers him as nuisance. When Arjun’s grandparents ask him to take care of himself and leave to US, he starts a ‘bad news delivery service’ with his friend Karnan (Venkatesh Harinathan)! The idea is to convey ‘unfortunate’ or ‘bad’ news to people. In the process they stop the marriage of a young girl who is the sister of Arjun’s girlfriend Anjali (Aditi Chengappa). When Anjali comes to know about Arjun and his profession, she hates him and there comes an ego clash between Arjun and Karnan as well. Can Arjun solve all the complex issues and lead a happy life?

Kadhal Konden fame Ajaay plays a college student who is a part of Friends of Police. He helps the Police department through Friends of Police from the Home Guard (India).

Harish is a good-for-nothing happy-go-lucky-guy who idles away his time in his village. He is a consummate liar and always tries to boast of himself through lies. With lies he tries to impress his friends and villagers boasting of his romantic escapades. And one such lie involving a village belle (played by Malavika Menon) lands him in troubles. How he extricates himself from these troubles forms the rest of the story.

Kodambakkam in this movie Sugavannan (Nandha), who is staying in village. Later he settles down in Chennai with the dream of becoming a director one-day. In his native, he falls in love with Dhanam (Diya), she motivates him in all the ways to achieve his dreams.
