Nari
Nari is a dubbing version of Malayalam Movie Roudram. Nari (Mammootty) is the Assistant Commissioner who is given the charge of investigating a murder that happened outside a lodge in Fort Kochi.
The deceased was supposed to have connections with the ganja planters of the state. During the course of the investigation, some bigwigs including his superiors and political masters come under police scrutiny. The rest of the film shows how Nari overcomes the hurdles and teaches everyone involved, a lesson.

Iravukku Aayiram Kangal
The story revolves around a mysterious murder and a game between Bharath (Arulnithi), a calm and composed cab driver, and Ganesh (Ajmal), an urban cheat, who blackmails people for money.

Gajendra
Gajendra (Vijayakanth), an orphan, is adopted and grows up under Azhagarsamy’s (Sarath Babu) family care. Azhagarsamy considers Gajendra like his own son. Kasthuri (Flora), Azhagarsamy’s granddaughter, falls in love with Gajendra. Gajendra takes of a mentally ill girl Indhu (Laya). The rest of the story is about why he took care of her.

Gulebakavali
The story opens in the British India reign, where a British man and porter are trying to catch a ferry. On the way, however, one of the suitcases being carried by the porter falls and opens, revealing many diamonds. The porter steals some of the diamonds and sends the gentleman on his way. He hides these diamonds in a trunk, which he buries near a temple in the Gulaebaghavali village. The story then shifts to 2018, where Badri (Prabhu Deva) and his boss Nambi (Mansoor Ali Khan) perform petty thefts. While at a pub, Badri spots Viji (Hansika Motwani) and falls for her. Soon, Badri unknowingly accepts to steal a priceless statue from the temple at Gulaebagavali and runs into Viji. The duo escapes from the villagers. With some help from Munish (Ramdoss) and Maasha (Revathi), they steal the trunk, which reveals a skeleton. After a lot of confusion, the trunk is delivered, where it is revealed that the diamonds are stored in the skeleton. The police comes to the spot and finds that the diamonds were very valuable. After they escape from the police, it is revealed that during the fight, a hand of the skeleton fell in Maasha’s car. On finding this out and how Maasha tried to deceive the other three, the trio chases her. A parallel storyline involves Mayilvaganam (Sathyan) and a don Annachi (Rajendran), which culminates in the climax.

Krishnarjuna Yudham
Impressive first half and good comedy are basic assets of this film. But the weak second half and a lengthy runtime put breaks on the free flow of the film. This film should satisfy those who are looking for a typical popcorn entertainer this holiday season.

Jeevan’s father helps Annachi after she is cheated by his brother. He soon becomes the object of affection of Annachi’s daughter, but he turns her down to pursue other goals in life.

Malaikottai
Anbu (Vishal) is a happy-go-lucky engineering student who lives with his family in Pattukottai and has fun with his friends. One day, he gets into a fracas with a local politician (Dhandapani) and his comic henchmen while trying to save a friend, and is arrested and has a case registered against him. The local court gives him conditional bail, provided that he signs the register in a Trichy police station. On the way to the police station, he sees a girl on a terrace (Motta Madi) drying clothes and falls for her. It is love at first sight for Anbu as he becomes crazy about Malar (Priyamani), a college girl, which leads to some hilarious situations. The police station, where he has to sign daily, is manned by his uncle Kandasamy (Ashish Vidyarthi), a comic inspector whose ex-lover Kamala (Urvasi) is the constable at the station. Anbu kindles his uncle’s love life and makes merry at Malar’s college, leading to funny situations. Meanwhile, Trichy is run by a powerful politician Palani (Devaraj) and his brother Guna (Ajay), who have killed the local RDO in cold blood, watched by a huge crowd of onlookers. The brothers continue with their ‘dadagiri’ until they clash with Anbu. The reason is that while trying to save Malar from a situation with Palani, Anbu ends up getting the wrath of the brothers. Although Malar’s mother wants to move away from the city, Anbu and his aunt convince her to stay and make Anbu Malar’s protector. He accompanies her and protects her from danger. After seeing his care, Malar slowly falls for Anbu and sees his true love for her. Palani causes problems for Anbu, but Anbu overcomes them and gets Palani killed by Kandasamy. Malar graduates and marries Anbu, and the story ends.
