
Deewane Huye Paagal
Karan (Shahid Kapoor) is a shy and nerdy canteen boy and college student, running a café with his friend Murugan (Johnny Lever), and Tanya (Rimi Sen) is a student in the same college. She is the most popular girl on campus. Karan is in love with Tanya but is too shy to tell her. After he musters some courage and rescues her step-brother from some goons, he catches her attention and is eventually able to invite her to a fake birthday party. On her way there, Tanya witnesses the murder of a scientist, Khurana (Om Puri) by his evil twin brother, the underworld don Mehboob, and as a result is forced to flee the country to save her own life, since the law had been bought out by the very same killers. The scientist had stored a secret code in a stuffed toy, a parrot, now being sought by Mehboob, and Khurana was able to hide the toy in Tanya’s car before being killed. Unawares, Tanya leaves the toy at home before fleeing the country, and the toy is later picked up by Karan, ignorant of Tanya’s fate.

Yashoda
A pregnant woman named Yashodha, she is advised to follow a few guidelines about her physical and mental well being and safety. However, a set of events occur that make Yashoda live on the edge, risking her well being.

Iravukku Aayiram Kangal
The story revolves around a mysterious murder and a game between Bharath (Arulnithi), a calm and composed cab driver, and Ganesh (Ajmal), an urban cheat, who blackmails people for money.

Amaidhi Padai
Amavasai (Sathyaraj), homeless but egotistical, gets acquainted to politician Manimaran, then MLA of the Palladam constituency, near Tirupur (Manivannan). Amavasai helps Mani with some petty tasks during election campaign and meetings. Amavasai grows into a well acclaimed helper and first associate for Mani. Meanwhile, Amavasai falls in love with Thayamma (Kasthuri) and one day he gives her some drug making her groggy and then rapes her. Mani instructs Amavasai to stand for MLA election as independent candidate in the upcoming general election with his support as Mani was not given his party ticket. Amavasai wins by a huge margin and becomes the MLA. He forgets his relationship with Thayamma and rejects her pregnancy and child. Thayamma and her parents move out of that village to avoid humiliation. Soon Thayamma gives birth to a boy and dies. Amavasai forgets Mani’s help and forces him in a role under him. He changes his name to Nagaraja Cholan for gaining social status. He marries the only daughter of the rich local landlord, Sivakami (Sujatha) and even cheats him of his palace. Over the years, Amavasai grows into a highly influential and corrupt politician with high criminal affluence. He builds a strong political empire through shortcuts. His ego and pride to remain in power make him kill many. He wins and remains as MLA of Palladam in all the general elections for next 20 years.
Now, Amavasai’s son Thangavel (also Sathyaraj) through Thayamma comes out as a new police constable, who is deputed in Amavasai’s constituency. Thangavel is betrothed to a beautiful +2 studying girl Kuyili. They both fall in love. But during the official wedding engagement, a dispute arises over the people asking about his father’s identity and the wedding is cancelled. He asks his grandparents about his father, but they remain silent. So he accuses his mother to be a slut, and his granddad bashes him and tells all about Ammavasai. Thangavel now comes to know of his real father and about his betrayal of his mother and also his corrupt practices. The state assembly is about to be dissolved prior to general elections. But the ruling party leadership does not wish to give a seat to Amavasai again, as he has minimal chances of winning, due to his corruption, illegal activities as MLA. So he invokes a cruel caste riot in his constituency and pretends to stop it. So he is given the ticket again. Thangavel is posted as riot police head constable to stop riots and to protect Ammavasai. He saves Ammavasai from an assassination attempt. He then goes to Ammavasai’s house and reveals his identity. He challenges his father that he will stop all of his illegal activities. Then Thangavel gets posted as Law and Order Sub-Inspector in the same area. The story further revolves around how Amavasai and Thangavel proceed in their battle and finally who wins the battle.

Sathya
Sathya (Sibi Sathyaraj), who is working in Sydney, gets a voice call from his ex-lover Shweta (Remya Nambeesan). They worked in the same office and wanted to get married, but her father arranged an alliance with an entrepreneur named Gowtham (Siddhartha Shankar). Sathya leaves for India with the pretence of attending a marriage in their relatives’ household. He takes a car for hire from Babu Khan (Sathish), a travel agent. Sathya also takes a SIM card on his sister’s address and stays at Hotel Marriott.
Sathya meets Shweta at a restaurant and learns her five-year-old daughter Ria (Baby Sherin) is missing. Things went worse when none except Shweta believes that Riya exists. He also learns about Gowtham’s brother Bobby (Ravi Varma), a drug addict who regularly visits her home. Sathya begins an informal investigation which fails many times, but Babu saves him. Posing as Vasanth Menon, a police officer, Sathya meets Gowtham and learns the couple was childless. Gowtham recalls Shweta being attacked by two masked men to steal her car. He added that Shweta went into a coma and post recovery started telling that she had a five-year-old daughter named Ria.

Kallattam

Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham
Faction feud in Tamil Nadu results in the death of Singaraayar’s (Nagineedu) brother and he, along with his two sons Dharma (Ravi Prakash) and Kaali (Sugunthan), vow for revenge. Time turns and comes to Chennai. Here lives Sakthi (N. Santhanam), an innocent and somewhat unlucky guy whose parents are no more and is ousted out of his job. His life takes a turn with a correspondence that he has got five acres of land in his hometown in Tamil nadu. He decides to sell that land and sets off to the village. In this process, he also meets Vaanathi (Ashna Zaveri) who is the daughter of Singaraayar. However, much to Sakthi’s bad luck, he happens to be the son of the man who killed Singaraayar’s brother and he ends up in their home itself. He takes advantage of a tradition of their house that not even one drop of blood should fall inside the house. Vaanathi falls for Sakthi in the mean time. He escapes in all the plans much to the fury of Singaraayar. Soon the story takes a twist when Vaanathi, not knowing that Shakthi is the son of the man who killed her father’s brother, falls for Shakthi. Her cousin Raja comes to know about this and refuses to marry Vaanathi, though Shakthi had convinced him earlier in order to prolong Singaraayar’s plan. Singaraayar had moved the engagement to the temple so Sakthi cannot prolong the plan to kill him any longer. When Raja tells Singaraayar about Vaanathi’s love, he slaps Raja. And in the engagement Dharma carries a basket he thinks Shakthi is hiding in, away from the temple to kill him. It is then revealed that Shakthi is still in Singaraayar’s mansion. Then he runs away from the house only to be chased by Singaraayar’s men.

Kalvanin Kadhali
Sathya (S. J. Suryaah) is a casanova by character and pursues Tina (Shradha Arya), a woman around. He sets his sights on Haritha (Nayanthara) and manages to woo her. She loves him whole heartedly and he is not in favor of that. At one moment he falls for Haritha, but at the same time, she comes to know about his real character, and she ends their relationship. The story is about how Sathya changes himself and earns her love back.
