Murugesan (Livingston) is a rich landlord in a village but is illiterate as well as innocent. He is in love with his cousin Maheshwari (Devayani) right from childhood. Maheshwari also likes Murugesan but she wants him to overcome his innocence and be brave. Santhamoorthy (Ponnambalam) is Murugesan’s half brother and enmity prevails between him and Murugesan. Chinthamani (Vindhya) is a dancer who comes to Murugesan’s village to perform. Chinthamani’s mother forces her into prostitution but Murugesan saves her and accommodates in his farm house.
Murugesan and Maheshwari’s wedding is fixed and the day before wedding, Santhamoorthy tries to kill Murugesan but Murugesan fights back the goons. Murugesan who is drunk now rushes to his farmhouse to get some weapons to kill Santhamoorthy. Chinthamani who lives in the farm house tries to stop Murugesan from committing the murder and accidentally they enter into a physical relationship. Murugesan feels guilty of the incident and wants to cancel his wedding with Maheshwari. But Maheshwari’s father (R. Sundarajan) convinces Murugesan to not cancel the wedding.

Padai Veeran
Set in Aiyanaar Patti, a village in a rural area around Theni, where caste segregation is still practiced as the result of the controversial Criminal Tribes Act imposed by the British colonists. This ends up with impoverished communities being stereotyped as generational criminals. Among these is a young man called Padaiveeran, raised by his doting maternal uncle after his parents’ death. He is often arrested for petty crimes, until one day he comes to realise a way to clear his community of the caste stereotyping. He decides he must become a police officer.

Kolamavu Kokila
The film opens with the killing of a police officer by cocaine mafia lord Bhai (Hareesh Peradi) and his henchmen. Kokila (Nayanthara) struggles to find a job to take care of her parents (Saranya Ponvannan and R. S. Shivaji) and sister (Jacqueline Fernandez). She stumbles on the cocaine smuggling business of Mohan (Charles Vinoth). When her mother is diagnosed with lung cancer, Kokila is forced to work for Mohan. Her cunning earns her a name in the business. The new inspector Guru (Saravanan) is a no-nonsense cop and cracks down on drug dealers. Kokila is almost caught a couple of times but manages to evade the authorities. She convinces Mohan to kill two of his henchmen suspected of leaking information and then decides to quit the business. Mohan seemingly accepts but tries to rape her. She beats him up and tries to flee with her family but is caught by Bobi, who had recruited her initially. He demands that she deliver a one last consignment of 100 kilos to Alphonse (Rajendran). Kokila is forced to accept and enlists the help of her family. She delivers the load, but it is revealed that she switched most of it for salt. She then tricks Bobi to double-cross Bhai and then frames him for swindling Bhai. She has him killed and continues the shipment run. On the way, she is caught by the police, who were Alphonse’s men in disguise. She manages to avoid getting raped and kills off her captors. Guru tracks her down and arrests her. Kokila makes a deal with him to nab Bhai and bring the whole drug business down. The plan works out, Bhai is shot dead, and Kokila and her family escape punishment. In the end, the family starts a business of Kolam powder, calling it ‘Kokila Kolamavu’.

Natchathiram Nagargiradhu

Kaththi
Jeevanandham is a social activist who fights against a monstrous MNC company to restore farming. Because of destiny, Kathiresan impersonates Jeevanandham and leads the war.

Chandi Veeran
As a child, Paari (Atharvaa) lost his father who tried to stop the war between his native and neighboring village as they fought over sharing a pond water. Years later, Paari is a young man who returns from Singapore but the battle between two villages is still on. Mean while, Paari is in love with Thamarai (Anandhi), daughter of rich village man (Lal) who also owns the pond and is adamant not to supply water to the nearby village.

Cheran Pandiyan
Vijayakumar is the rich head of the village (Manicheran Gounder) with his wife Manjula and his beautiful daughter Srija. He is a person of who strictly adheres to the caste. Sarathkumar is also a rich landlord in the same village. Though the father of both Vijayakumar and Sarathkumar are one but Sarathkumar’s mother was from a lower caste. So Vijayakumar always ignores and berates Sarathkumar. Their father, before dying divided his entire property equally between the 2 families. Yet Vijayakumar’s family gets first respect within the circle. The house of their father was equally split into exact 2 halves. Anandbabu who is a relative of Sarathkumar comes to meet him in the village and falls in love with Srija. Vijayakumar comes to know about this and he makes arrangements for Srija’s marriage with K.S.Ravikumar, son of Nagesh. At the end Vijayakumar becomes a good person with the advice of Manjula and a happy end of Anandbabu marrying Srija.
