Vedham
This movie is about how Vijay (Arjun) travels to a new location and fixes a marriage in tatters. Anitha (Divya Unni) and Sanjay (Vineeth) are on the verge of breaking the marriage when Vijay narrates his love story and makes them fond of each other. However, at the end of the movie, Vijay’s story was partially fiction as his wife Seetha (Sakshi Shivanand) is now dead.

Walter Vetrivel
Walter Vetrivel is an honest police office, who delivers justice even if it is against his family. He refuses to spare his criminal brother when he discovers that he is involved in malpractices.

Anjaan
A handicapped man Krishna (Suriya) arrives at Mumbai from Kanyakumari at a train station after boarding a train from there. He, along with a taxi driver Raja (Soori), travel around Mumbai to look for his elder brother, Raju. Raja tries to get to know about Krishna but is unable to get any details about him from him. Krishna rents a hotel room, takes a shower, and changes his clothes. He gets Raja to take him to a club, where Krishna then tries to meet an old associate of Raju named Amar, who is a very powerful gangster through his henchmen, but fails. He then meets a close friend of Raju named Rajiv (Asif Basra), who overheard his conversation with Amar’s henchmen. Rajiv tells Krishna that Raju is Raju Bhai (Suriya), a powerful and feared gangster. He then tells things to Krishna about Raju, until he passes out from being drunk.

Ivan
Partibhan plays the role of Jeevan who is a tempo driver. Soundarya plays a classical singer whom Partibhan loves, but is destined to marry Meena who in the film is a Telugu girl and speaks a mixture of Telugu & Tamil, and is a devoted fan of Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi. The relationship between the man and the two women in his life is the crux of the story. He has done justice to the role of Jeevan. Meena is loud and she has carried the role with ease. Soundarya is dignified.

Kan Pesum Vaarthaigal
Mahesh (Mirchi Senthil) is an unemployed man living in Thiruvarur who enjoys hanging out with his friends. His father (Livingston) is unhappy with his son’s irresponsible lifestyle and attempts suicide. Mahesh then begins to search for a job, and with the help of his friend, Appu Kutty (Muruga Dass), finds a job in Singapore. He meets Janani (Iniya), who is a Singapore citizen, and attempts to marry her in order to obtain citizenship. but the truth was that she was not a Singapore citizen.

Sengottai

Wagah
Vasu, a common man from Tamil Nadu, joins the BSF with the hope of living a better life. He one day falls in love with Khanoum, whom he names Kajal, without actually knowing she’s from Pakistan. Meanwhile, riots break out in Kashmir, forcing all Pakistanis including Kajal to go back to Pakistan. But: hurdles break in. Vasu, despite of knowing he can be in danger, risks his life to bring Kajal back to her home and unfortunately gets caught in an illegal camp run by Pakistani soldiers. Vasu, now realizing that his duty is not only to protect Kajal but his fellow soldiers, starts to understand his true love: for Kajal and for his nation. He decides to return and protect his love.
