Inba (Shaam) is a rough character who works under Priya’s brother (Arun Pandiyan) as a bodyguard of Priya (Sneha).
Priya is a usurious girl, spending most of the time with her friends and absenting herself from the college several times. Hence Arun Pandiyan employa Inba, his faithful servant to guard Priya’s activities. Priya insults him several times since she was not interested in somebody guarding her all the time. However, at one point in the story, Priya is saved by Inba from a gang that is to murder her. The incident develops love in Priya’s heart. Priya exposes her love to Inba where Inba refuses it. In the meantime, Arun Pandiyan comes to know about the love affair and opposes it by beating up Inba.

Sandhyaa Arun(Kajal Aggarwal) is a student who is madly in love with Karthik (Ravi Teja), a techie based in Italy. She decides to travel with him to India, confident that the travel time would be enough for her to get Karthik to fall in love. Karthik reciprocates her gestures in a friendly way, but finally reveals that he is married to Vasudha (Richa Gangopadhyay) but is waiting to seek Divorce. She also realizes that despite all that baggage, she still has feelings for Karthik. At this point, Karthik springs a surprise and reveals a shocking bit of information that he is not married and the story he narrated was his friend’s and told it so that it should not repeat in their life as he loved her too. This infuriates her to the core and leaves him breaking in tears. Into this comes in Gautham (Nara Rohith), who is Sandhya’s brother in law and madly in love with her. Based on her Mother’s (Jayasudha) suggestion, she agrees to marry Gautham. Gautham observes that she still loves Karthik and goes to talk with him. After a conversation, he comes to know the Sincerity in Karthik’s love, he lets Sandhya realize it and lets her go to him on their Engagement Day. But all goes vain as Sandhya knows that Karthik left to Ooty leaving her. Finally she too goes to Ooty after 3 months and reunites with him.

Peter however withholds the fact that Maria had been seduced by a man from the city and was carrying his child. Family honor being uppermost in his mind, friendship takes a back seat. But Peter does not know that Karuthayya was already aware of his sister’s affair, though not of her pregnancy. Karuthayya, knowing his friend’s aggressive nature, had not told Peter about the matter earlier. Karuthayya now throws the ball back in Peter’s court, asking him to first get Maria’s consent. Sure that Maria would not give her consent for the marriage. But to his shock Maria agrees.
Forced by her mother and Peter to toe the line, she had no other option. The two pairs get married. While Peter and Kayal are blissfully happy, Karuthayya and Maria have their own crosses to bear. A guilt-stricken Maria finally confesses to Karuthayya about Peter’s treacherous act. A shocked and hurt Karuthayya goes to confront Peter. The man from the city appears on the scene. A furious Peter takes the unsuspecting youth on a boat ride, ties a stone on him, and dumps him into the sea. Karuthayya, who reaches the place, tries to save the guy.

Sabapathy (Sathyaraj) is a widower who owns a cinema theater and school. He treats his son Sakthi (Sibiraj) like his friend. At college, Sakthi falls in love with Shalini (Gajala), the daughter of a corrupt politician Lingam (Kota Srinivasa Rao). Afterwards, Lingam’s son Vijay (Ramana) clashes against Sakthi at the college election. Despite having support from his father, Vijay loses the election. Lingam then enters into the conflict. In the end, Sakthi kills Lingam and Vijay.

Guru (Madhavan) wants to be an MD for a company under his boss Krishna (Abbas). Krishna is a successful entrepreneur married to Sheila (Brinda Parekh), but his major problem is his playboy nature. Guru hopes that Krishna will make him an MD, so he tries to do everything to please him. Krishna falls for a model Seema (Mamta Mohandas), whom Guru also fancies. Coming to know that his boss is interested, he decides to give up on his feelings for her so as to achieve his career goals. Krishna asks Guru to help him woo Seema, and Guru follows his every order. After a sequence of events, he realizes that he cannot forget his feelings for Seema. He soon starts to purposefully sabotage Krishna’s attempts of becoming closer to Seema. Whether Seema feels the same way about Guru or Krishna wins her heart forms the rest of the story.
