All in All Azhagu Raja
Azhagu Raja (Karthi), is the only son of the Muthukrishnan family. He owns an unpopular cable channel called “Triple A”. The cable company has only two employees, Raja and Kalyanam (Santhanam). Nothing they do improves the company’s fortunes. By chance, Raja meets Chitra Devi Priya (Kajal Aggarwal) when she is singing at a wedding. Her unusual voice irritates him, and they argue. However, Priya eventually agrees that she cannot sing well. Priya says she fails at everything she tries, even suicide. As their friendship blossoms, Raja tells his father Muthukrishnan (Prabhu), about Priya which triggers a memory in Muthukrishnan about his past.
The movie is about Ilangovan aka Ilango (Parthiban), a middle-class youth, who dreams to get his sister Kavitha (Mallika married to a millionaire. He is very keen on becoming rich and falls in love with Roopa (Lakshmi Rai), daughter of a rich industrialist. Now and then Ilango comes across Chellappa (Vadivelu), a petty thief, and takes him for a fun ride. A sequence of events makes Ilango realize that money is not everything in life. He finally, along with Chellappa, takes efforts to get his sister married to the boy whom she loves.
Two villages on either side of a river are always feuding as the headmen Veerasamy (Vinu Chakravarthy) and Sethupathy (FEFSI Vijayan) have personal enmity. Due to some misunderstanding, Sethupathy’s children die, and the blame falls on Veerasamy. Sethupathy seeks revenge and tries to kill Veerasamy’s son but is saved by his servant’s son, but the boy disappears.
20 years later, Shiva (Arjun) is seen arriving in Kumbakonam, living with a bakery owner Veerabagu (Vadivelu). Shiva’s mission is to protect Devayani and her son from all sorts of gangsters. Priya (Reema Sen) walks into the bakery. Though she dislikes and torments Veerabhagu, she falls for Shiva. Sooner, Shiva’s true identity is revealed as he saves Devayani and her son from being murdered by Sethupathy’s son.
Set against the backdrop of a slum in Chennai, the movie is about the relationships between a few slum dwellers and how some anti-social elements create unrest in their lives.
Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi
In the South Indian kingdom of Cholapuram Paalayam in the year 1771, Raja Mokkaiyappar and his queen, Rajamatha Bhavani Ammaiyar are desperate for a child, as all their previous twenty-two children have died at birth. Unknown to them, Bhavani’s brother, Sangilimayan, who is also the Rajaguru (High priest), is responsible for the death of their children. Sangilimayan is shocked to see that his sister has given birth to twins. Before informing the king about the birth, he calls the palace astrologer, Chinnavadayaan, who predicts that the elder twin will be incapable of making decisions on his own while the younger one will be smarter. Sangilimayan orders the palace doctor, Kailasakaruppan, to kill the younger one, but Chinnavadayaan tells Sangilimayan that his actions would not be good for the kingdom. Instead, Sangilimayan orders the palace doctor to abandon the child in a nearby river. The elder child is named Pulikecei XXIII. Maragathavalli, Kailasakaruppan’s childless wife, rescues the abandoned child from the river, and the couple decides to raise him as their own, naming him Ukraputhan.
The story begins with a wedding having the bride, but the groom Guru (Chaams) is missing. The bride then decides to call Guru’s friend, Billa (Vinay Rai), who does not know where Guru is. A flashback then begins.
Running away from their lives due to various problems involving them, Billa, Ranga (Sathyan Sivakumar), and Kochadaiyaan (Aravind Akash), who are good friends, decide to live a bachelor life. However, before they head off, they decide to invite their good friend Guru. Despite the fact that Guru’s wedding is in a few days time, he decides to join in the gang. The four friends then take an oath to live a bachelor’s life and not reveal the truth that they are married. When they reach the city of Bangalore, they approach Charles (Premgi Amaren), a college mate of theirs who is now a multimillionaire. Charles at first was scared of them as the four of them teased him in college. After a change of mind, he decides to help them live their bachelor’s life and bring them to a party. At the party, they see a model Sanjana (Lakshmi Rai), who danced with them. After the party, Charles brings them to a private condominium where they stay. At the condo, they see Sanjana. The four of them try their best ways to get Sanjana as their girlfriend.
To seek revenge for his disappearance and to beat muttai ravi, the hero comes back strongly as police. Could the hero handle the even stronger muttai ravi? How did the hero get rid of muttai ravi? is the remaining story.
Friends Ganesh and Vasanth come to Chennai to find the killers of Ganesh’s sister and seek revenge. They take up a job at a television channel to accomplish their mission.
Tamizhukku En Ondrai Azhuthavum
A deadly bomb will be activated if a computer geek restores a part of Chennai city’s mobile networks, which are down due to a solar flare. Four people are linked to each other on a deadly mission.
Mukil (Dinesh Ravi) falls in love with Simi (Bindu Madhavi), who is stuck in a pit hole with an 80-tonne gigantic ‘Vaasthu’ rock under suspension which is ready to fall on her at any time. The only way that Simi can escape from this danger is if her text message reaches Mukil.
The romantic comedy stars Vishnu and Catherine Tresa as a loving couple. Vishnu’s character faces a problem, however, as he has to try hard to win the approval of his girlfriend’s father.
Vasool Raja- is in a rowdy gang, where they get money from people. When his parents are coming for a visit,he & his gang pretend they are running a hospital. Later Vasool’s parents find out that they were cheated by their own son as pretending to be a doctor. Now Vasool must attend a medical school to earn his parent’s trust back. There he encounters his love at first sight (childhood friend) and he encounters his arch-enemy.
