When Tamilselvan, a courier boy, witnesses an assault on a social activist to whom he had to deliver a package, he learns it contains the evidence to a racket wherein doctors abort foetuses through an abortion-inducing pill.

The movie starts with a chase sequence – a girl is being chased by a bunch of goons as per the order of a dreaded politician. Four boys come to her rescue and she is taken away by them in a car. The chase continues for around an hour’s time, in the course of which two of the boys lust after her. The third guy wants to get rid of her to avoid unnecessary consequences, and the fourth guy falls in love with her. The worse thing is, the girl, too, loves him back without any convincing reason. Even when the indefinite car chase happens, with the goons yelling ‘thookku da’, ‘poda’, ‘vaada’, and so on, we are shown two songs featuring the hero and heroine. The latter half of the movie is hilariously terrible with some pointless skin show, never-ending fight sequences, funny dialogues and bizarre background score. This is a film which shouldn’t have been made.

Shiva’s sister is getting married and Shiva ensures that no trouble comes in the marriage. However, on the day before marriage, Shiva had to face a critical situation through David who threatens to stop his sister’s marriage like how Shiva stopped his marriage. Shiva begs David and tells him that he is ready to do anything for him in return of letting his sister’s marriage happen without any problem. David demands him to abduct a woman from Madurai, who is the daughter of Minister Manivasagam, an influential politician Madurai. Shiva agrees and leaves for Madurai missing his sister’s wedding.

The film begins seven years later after the events which occurred in the prequel Sandakozhi. Balu (Vishal) arrives from New York City seven years later to his birthplace. He and his father Durai Ayya (Rajkiran) have to protect a young man from a woman who has sworn vengeance on his entire clan. Balu and Durai are often compared to a couple of lions, and the two characters behave so. This is why when Pechi (Varalaxmi Sarathkumar) and the men in her family try to hunt down Anbu (Johny Hari), the last male in a clan they have sworn revenge against, because of her husband’s live murder in front of the whole village, but they are unable to do anything. Meanwhile, Balu falls for Sembaruthi (Keerthy Suresh), a village damsel, after losing his loved one seven years ago, Hema (Meera Jasmine). The rest of the film shows how Balu deals with his ups and downs of his family problems given by Pechi and the massive hospitalization of his father after a slit in his throat.
